So you aren’t sure about trying Affiliate Marketing?

You have a great range of products on your site already why on earth would you want to offer competitors advertisements??? Something that up until recently I was also concerned about, why on earth would I do this,I want my visitors to buy from me, not my competitors.

Now I am certainly not recommending to add affiliate banners on your shopping cart pages (as this may take them away from there) however this is where the beauty of the content area of your site can come into play. These are the pages where you can be recommending affiliate products. What about compliementary products to your range do a quick search and see what’s out there and you just might be suprised what you find, when it comes to affiliate programs.

Now let’s get realistic, if visitors to your site aren’t buying from you then they are no doubt buying from your competitors, so why not make something from those visitors for your time and effort. Having trusted affiliate programs in place may just see your site earning some extra passive income along the way.
