There are so many available today and the one thing that I was positive about was that I didn’t want to be shopping around for web hosting again for a very long time. I needed to be sure that I made the right decision when choosing my host.
My first hurdle; when it comes to web hosting I really don’t understand most of the technical jargon and how much GIG of bandwith or how many Mega Bytes of Disc Space I may need each month. Well I have no idea what I did but I completely messed up my registration and it wouldn’t allow me to log in. I contacted them immediately and with minutes they had responded and had reset my password.
From there my bombarding of questions began and every single one of my questions was answered in a timely and easy to understand manner. I was very impressed and obviously sold. There and then I ordered my web hosting plan with Mom Webs. The process took a couple of days but really all I needed to do was to provide my domain details and log in details and Mom Webs did the rest.
Now whenever I need to add a new domain to my account I just log in and add the details myself. I can even register the domain right there with Mom Webs as well, and being able to do everything in one place really makes me one happy girl.

Xsitepro Total Site Management Software

Xsitepro: I’ve personally been using Xsite Pro for over 12 months now and I love it! Its simple and easy to navigate ‘what you see is what you get’ editor is a breeze to use.I own 2 of the most widely used Website Design Software products available and consider myself relatively good with a computer. I am by no means a technical person, but I know my way around my computer! However both of these software packages left me more confused, bewildered and frustrated than I had ever been before. Now I guess I could’ve enrolled in a course to learn either one of these software packages but I didn’t want wait for the six or so months it would’ve taken me to learn how to use them.
When I stumbled across XSite Pro I really thought that it would also end up the same and the dream of being able to create and maintain my own websites was always going to be out of reach for me. I made the purchase thinking that I would be seriously asking for a full refund within a few days because it too would stump me.
How wrong was I! XSite Pro comes with a full tutorial that takes you through the step by step process of creating your own website. Ok it is only a very basic website, but once you have worked through the tutorial and spent a few hours feeling your way around the software you’ll never look back. The software also comes complete with a manual that is over 400 pages long. It’s available at the click of button whilst you are in the program or like me you could print it out so that it is always at your finger tips. However to be honest the majority of the software is so simple to use that I only ever need to look at it every now and then.
To date I have built two websites completely from scratch, All Things Scrapbooking and Oz-e-wahm the only thing I pay for these days is for someone to design my banners. However you may already have the necessary software to do these yourself too.
