I agree Michelle, we sometimes need a friendly reminder. Kylie, if you or your readers are interested in a great, easy to read book, then check out “Raving Fans: A Revolutionary Approach to Customer Service” by Ken Blanchard and Sheldon Bowles. The book is a fun but powerful story about customer services. Other books written in the same style that don’t *just* focus on customer service are “Fish! Tales”, “Who Moved my Cheese”, and “Gung Ho”.
