Affiliate Marketer or Affiliate Manager?

Affiliate Marketer or Affiliate Manager? Do you know the difference? Did you even know that there was a difference? These 2 are very easily confused to the new online entreprenuer but it is really pretty simple, one has products available for sale on their website via the way of an affiliate program and the other sells those products on their website and earns a commission for doing so.

Thanks for the clarification!! I knew the difference, but didn’t know there was actually a name for each
